Rich, you just got 2 days…personally, I would like to announce the winner on the 24th, the date of the next NWItweetup, but we have not touched on that yet. What do you think? We have gone a year without one, not going to kill us to go longer without one.

Um, Normally logos are done in a vector format so you can use at any size later on. May want jpg for voting but should deliver (or have someone make vector) so that it can be used basically anywhere.
